There is much to be gained in taking the time to be present with yourself.

Erika is a 10 year Angelino,  Wanderluster, tree hugger, animal advocate, constant learner and grower, lover, gardener and creative.  Originally from Idaho, she now resides in California, and has worked on the set of many television and film productions. 

Her passions in life include advocating and helping animals and most of her down time is spent moving her body any way she feels fit, working in the garden, traveling, volunteer services, beach cleanups, meditating, and anything introspective to keep herself growing in all ways. 

And growth is a common theme you’ll find in her messages she shares on this week’s episode. Including how this last year has changed her perspective on life, challenged her to reevaluate her priorities, and how being present has helped her deepen her connection with self.
