Today we're going to be breaking fear by asking awareness questions in reference to outcomes that haven't changed. If you're doing the same thing over and over again, a lot of people get stuck with looking for different results from something that keeps reoccurring. It's either the same habits, the same thoughts or something that is just not changing, that somebody wants to be changed. And usually, it comes down to holding on to certain regrets in our life or something that we feel like they're we're not capable of changing. And that's why it's so important to ask yourself awareness questions do you have?
Have you ever been down a path of uncontrolled anger? What about being so wrapped up in anxiety and stress that you find yourself down a rabbit hole of irrational thinking? At the bottom of all of these outbursts of irrational emotion or overreaction is fear. That is the underlying cause. Tune in to learn how you can tap into these emotions and learn to identify those lurking fears that cause these negative emotions to bubble up. This is about breaking fear in your life no matter where you're at right now... mentally, financially, or whatever situation you're in right now. A lot of people think they should be further along in life, or not further along, or whatever the topic is, the bottom line is: it doesn't matter where you're at right now. Once you realize the three biggest pillars: an open mind, awareness, and fear, your life will change, and quite dramatically.
Why do we sometimes feel the need to play the blame game? Blaming and making excuses actually creates fear. When you blame someone or are constantly making excuses in situations, you're pushing your own energy into something that, ultimately, you have no control over. It automatically then puts us in a state of defeat. The fact is we are in control of our own movement, whether that be backward, remaining idle, or moving forward in life. Tune in to learn how to recognize that you have total value and control of your own world. Once you can learn to transform out of the blaming mindset, you will be on your way towards real change.
This episode is going to be talking about what it takes to either break a habit or create a new one. Anytime that you want to make a change it takes a concentrated effort, no matter what order it is, the more you think that it's gonna be hard for you to make it, the more you have to look at it. You have to be visually aware what you need to do.
