Are you checking in with yourself?
And I don't mean just causally just thinking about how you feel.
But I mean INTENTIONALLY sitting down and asking yourself some check-in questions to create better self-awareness on what you may be needing more of.
This doesn't have to be a daily thing. You can opt to do this once a week, or twice a week. Whatever feels best to you.
And if you aren't doing this... it's okay.
That's why I wanted to share this episode on what my twice a week check in with myself looks like.
As I said in this episode, here are the check-in questions I use, but feel free to add/remove to create your own self check-in list:
-What is taking up most of my headspace at the moment?
-Am I struggling to keep my daily routine?
-What am I doing today that makes me happy?
-Have I been doing any physical activity lately?
-Am I sleeping well enough at night?
-Am I eating regularly?
-Am I fueling my body with the foods it needs to feel good?
-Am I drinking enough water?
-Am I withdrawing socially?
-Are my emotions up and down lately?
-Am I losing interest in activities I usually enjoy?
-Is there anything else I am noticing about myself?
