“The Truth Is Still the Truth”

We can agree to disagree, but truth is still truth.

Too many people today are building lop-sided arguments—ready to be unalived on that hill—and they’re sincere in their beliefs.

What could really help us as a society today is:

And stop saying “I don’t believe in God.”

One thing is for sure, we cannot control other people, but we can control how we respond.  We don’t need to respond to nonsense.  We don’t need to respond to lies, we don’t need to respond to hate.

So, don’t waste your energy on people who are at war with themselves.  Let them leave you out of that.  These people require your absence.

You are allowed to live above the noise.

Freedom means to be at liberty, unbound.  Freedom is to go wherever you like, freedom from restraint and obligation.  Freedom is not positional but it is conditional on what you believe.  You are never more free than when you are walking with God, having faith in Him, His Word and His faithfulness to His Word.  Freedom is a choice you make to BELIEVE.

We are anointed for a mission.  Mission means a commitment towards a goal indicating to us that our work is not merely dull and uninspiring, but part of a greater purpose.  Don't allow your disappointment in people stop you from doing what you know is your purpose and passion in life.  It's up to you.  You have the power.  Use it.

When we go against our own better judgement because we are caught up in the excitement of something, it can cost us, time, money and peace.  We talk today about how not to get caught up in that situation and if you happen to, don't count it as a loss but a lesson.

The truth is, how we choose to see something shapes how we feel about it. And those feelings determine how we act or behave. We can always choose kindness, being kind is a choice. That begins with adopting an attitude of gratitude. It means appreciating what we have, prioritizing family, showing up for our communities, and treating others the way we want to be treated.

Jesus thirsts for the love and salvation of his people, he proved that at Calvary.  He gave His life so you and I might have the right to the Tree of Life. Thank God, Jesus allowed himself to suffer, to thirst for you and to thirst for me. Thank God Jesus endured the cross to save us.  We have the "Power of Choice."  What we do with that knowledge will determine it all.  John 19:28-29 "After this Jesus knowing that all things were now accomplished, that the scripture might be fulfilled, saith, "I thirst".
