The Power of Existing

There are going to be moments in your life that you'll want to skip, moments where you feel complete pain and sorrow, but that sorrow and pain are what gives pleasure and happiness purpose. You allow pleasure in your life when you also let the pain in as well. It's a hard concept to accept, and I'm still trying to understand it too, but I hope this podcast helps bring clarity to anything you might be going through.
