Zasha Smith is a full-time real estate investor. Growing up in low-income housing here on Maui, was raised by a single mom, put herself through college while having her first child became a Civil Engineer, and worked for 10 years as a licensed project manager designing underground utilities for hotels, shopping centers and subdivisions across Hawaii making $70k/yr & 60hr weeks.
