Leah Chandler has served as chief marketing officer of Discover Puerto Rico since 2018, and in that time, she’s been busy. Chandler has reworked the island’s agency relationships into a collective of firms and developed a wide-ranging crisis-response plan for everything from hurricanes to shark bites.
