Join Matt in praying these classic Catholic prayers. The "Our Father" can be seen as the perfect prayer as it is given to us by Jesus Christ. Through the "Hail Mary" we ask for the divine intercession of our Blessed Mother for us sinners. The "Glory Be" sends up our praises to the Father for all of His goodness and love. The "O My Jesus" prayer was given to us from our Blessed Mother at Fatima. With it, we seek the mercy of our Lord on the whole world. Meditate on these prayers in times of thanksgiving and distress. Our Father, Who art in Heaven, hallowed be Thy name;
Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread; and forgive us our trespasses
as we forgive those who trespass against us;

September 03, 2020 The Chaplet of Saint Michael

This powerful chaplet was revealed to Antonia d'Astonac in a vision by Saint Michael. The prayers salute the nine choirs of angels and ask for their intercession to our Lord on our behalf. Sacred Scripture distinguishes nine such groupings: Seraphim, Cherubim, Thrones, Dominations, Powers, Virtues, Principalities, Archangels and Angels (Isa. 6: 2; Gen. 3: 24; Col. 1: 16; Eph. 1: 21; Rom. 8: 38). The protection of God's holy angels is most needed in today's world. May His Will allow them to come to our aid. May the promise of the assistance of the nine choirs be true as we approach Holy Communion and be allowed deliverance from purgatory after death.

Good Saint Dymphna, great wonder-worker in every affliction of mind and body, I humbly implore your powerful intercession with Jesus through Mary, the Health of the Sick, in my present need. Saint Dymphna, martyr of purity, patroness of those who suffer with nervous and mental afflictions, beloved child of Jesus and Mary, pray to Them for me and obtain my request.

Lord, You invite all who are burdened to come to You. Allow your healing hand to heal me.
Touch my soul with Your compassion for others.
Touch my heart with Your courage and infinite love for all.
Touch my mind with Your wisdom, that my mouth may always proclaim Your praise.
Teach me to reach out to You in my need, and help me to lead others to You by my example.
