Today we shall discover the time Jesus invested in prayer before choosing 12 Ambassadors (Apostles) from among the multitude of His disciples and we must ask the question, In my current walk with God, would I have been chosen? Today in Luke 6:1-11 we shall glean from two separate confrontations between Jesus and the Pharisees and Scribes!

From what we receive today out of Jesus’ teachings is that new things aren’t always better, and some old things can be dangerous to hold on to!!! Our reading today from Luke 5:33-39.

Based upon the conversation of those who were asking Jesus the question about fasting in Luke 5:33-39. Today is a detailed discussion about the challenges of our regular diet, and our desperate need to practice fasting as a means, not only of spiritual discipline, but also of physical rejuvenation! God designed an amazing body for us!!!

Today we meet Levi and discover how he answers Jesus when He said, “Follow me.” Also, we must consider this question in our own lives and the answer we give makes an eternal difference to us! Think on these things today in Luke 5:27-32.

Today we receive the greatest message the world has ever heard, God’s message of healing!!! I’m certain it isn’t what you think though so tune in and catch up to what Jesus is doing in Luke chapter 5:17-26.

In Luke chapter 5:12-16 today we deal with the issue of the man who was full of leprosy. His was a leprosy of the flesh, but ours often is found to be a leprosy of the soul. This leprosy I refer to is the sin nature we all have to deal with in this life! As Jesus was the answer for this man He is also the answer for us!!!

Today we are in Luke 5:1-11 and we discover several fantastic teachings Jesus gave to Simon and to the crowd if we are willing to receive them!

Starting with a quick overview of what we covered yesterday and then moving forward to the completion of chapter 4. Also, I’m going to get in a bit of trouble, but it should be all good!!!
