Paul Martin served as prime minister for only two years, but he would bring in changes to Indigenous relations, same sex marriage and Canada's economy. What he may be remembered most for is his nine years as Canada's Finance Minister, when he brought in five budget surpluses in a row. Today, I look at his life.
