THIS WEEK! Coach O sits down with Gabe Riché, the head coach of Dynastie Institute. We sit down and talk about his amazing current situation at Dynastie Sports Institute which is currently one of the top Canadian teams in the country. Gabe also talks about his journey that led him from being a player to being a coach.

The Canadian basketball icon has one mission: Show that Ottawa HAS GAME! On this episode, Coach previews his 2023-24 team and talks about all his experiences, plus he talks to us about what the region of Ottawa has to offer.

Not only is he the Head Coach of Royal Crown Academy, but he is also an Assistant coach for the Scarborough Shooting Stars in the CEBL. Michael De Giorgio joins us this week after having arguably one of the most successful coaching seasons where he captured a OSBA (High School) and a CEBL (Professional) championship! Coach De Giorgio talks to us about what it takes to have a Winning Mentality in both High School and the Pros, we talk about his respective seasons in both divisions, and we talk about how it was to coach J. Cole.

We talk about how she began her brand, how she balances her playing and personal career, how she bounced back from injuries, upcoming projects and more. This week, Coach O sits down with a good friend in Micaëlla Riché. She is a former Division 1 player at Minnesota and also got the opportunity to work on staff at Kanas State before going overseas to play professionally. She currently serves as the Director of Basketball Operations at Lay-Up since November 2021 where she now assists in the development of coaches while using her tremendous amount of experience to make a change for the next generation of athletes.

This week we have another player on who will bring alot of value to the audience. Tyrese Drummond-Golden is an athlete who is currently playing at Georgian College in the OCAA. We discuss his playing experiences and how today's athlete should look at him/herself as a brand.
