This week coach O sits with Menelik Fernandes. Menelik Fernandes runs a variation of pac line defence that forces middle and emphasizes heavy help in the gaps, peel switching and nexting. The thought behind it is that penetration and paint touches make for the majority of good possessions at the high school level and that by really preventing the paint touch you increase the difficulty of your opponents shot.
