As we reluctantly wait for Zack Snyder's next half-hearted offering in Rebel Moon – Part Two: The Scargiver, we look back to one of Netflix's final (and worst) releases of 2023 - Rebel Moon - Part One: A Child of Fire.

Join us as we discuss the godawful pacing, the innumerable Star Wars rip-offs and why adding slow motion to a fight scene isn't always such a good idea.

Our two favorite titans are back together once again for their wackiest adventure yet, with a movie that features a holiday to Rome, a dentist appointment, and a weaponized baby. Who would have thought 2014's Godzilla would have led us here?

Lewis has been catching up on disappointing fourquel Matrix: Resurrections, as well as 2023's video game adaptation The Super Mario Bros. Movie.

But how does this 7 year old film fare in the modern climate of 2024? Pretty damn good as it turns out.
