"I am in the process of selling my home, after it's been on the market for six months and have found a buyer who's given a firm offer and signed the SPA. He's now done an inspection of the home though and has found a few issues w the finishing. As it's still covered by the warranty, I asked him to take it up with the developer himself. He refuses and says that the responsibility is mine. I disagree as the house has been transferred to him and is no longer in my name! Who's right here? I want to avoid going through the troublesome process of snagging, especially since I am not benefiting from it!"
