In this episode of our show, the main characters of the 2017 indie film, The Year of Spectacular Men, sisters Izzy and Sabrina are in a drug store looking for relief after an unexpected sexual encounter Izzy had with her ex-boyfriend - not plan B but Izzy ended up with a yeast infection :(  There is an impromptu discussion on sexual health in such cases as well as issues that sometimes arise in families with big events, like holidays and graduations, which can be stressful and lead to frazzled emotions.  

in today's episode, we go into the link between the gastrointestinal system and mental health symptoms, such as anxiety and depression, as the heroine of the 2017 movie, The Year of Spectacular Men, vomits in response to being repulsed by a particular situation with one of said spectacular men.  

In this next minute of the show, we look at minute 22 of The Year of Spectacular Men where the main character, Izzy experiences some disappointment about the failed start of a possible relationship with a classmate.  It gets to the idea of disappointment in general, why learning to deal with it is important in life, how this ties into the holidays and gift giving, and how to be there for people dealing with it in a nonjudgmental way.
