God created us as sexual beings with the intention that this gift be enjoyed within the haven of marriage. 1 Corinthians 7 reminds us that marriage is God's solution to sexual immorality, providing a sanctified space for intimacy. Just as water brings life within its banks but destruction when it floods, so too does our sexuality bless us within marriage but can harm us outside of it.
