A few days before the interview, Richard and I connected on the phone and Skype to do a tech setup and arrange the details of our interview with him, kind of an informal pre-interview conversation. He seemed very appreciative of his good fortune in life and his career. We only spoke for about a half-hour, But I could tell how genuinely nice Richard was. It’s something I’ll always remember.”
