The Quash episodes

October 22, 2020 Founding fathers would hang them all
In this episode I show people that the situation we have is NOT equivalent to the founding fathers. We are SO far from their situation it is absurd to compare them. There was no Income tax. The govt didn't do anything. The AG had a private practice in order to make a living until the 1850's! Nothing about our situation is the same. The system does NOT scale. You can't have 100 times more people and have the system keep working. It is all a scam.

October 20, 2020 Confessions of a lawyer/Bonus
In this bonus episode I tell people about some of my legal background and I expose some of the truth about big firms, criminal courts and the personal injury practice. I give people an insiders view as to what really goes on in the practice. It isn't like TV or movies. It is a business and that business takes advantage of people. That is what the law is all about. I've practiced for 30 years and seen all sorts of corruption and insanity. I give people a taste of it inside.

October 18, 2020 Mandatory testing & Vax is coming/Bonus
In this episode I discuss how they will implement the vax and testing. It isn't going to be by sending men w/guns to your house. It will be much more sophisticated and difficult to combat. Many people say they won't ever take it. But what will resistance really look like? It isn't going to be gunfights. And you won't win in the courts. People have to think outside the box to see what's coming. I also discuss how many of my bonus episodes like this, moving forward, will only be available exclusively to members of my Patreon account.

October 15, 2020 The Media is part of the control system
In this episode I discuss how the media works and I introduce my new Patreon account found at Patreon.com/theQuash I show how insidious the lies are in media. How they get people arguing about things that didn't even happen. And how you can USE this information to understand the world and what the media is really saying. I discuss why I am making it, what it will be and why people should join it. If we are going to fight the media of 6 companies owning all the media it starts with incentivizing people to make shows that tell the truth. I tell the truth. If people don't care to support the show, then THAT itself is a big piece of information for me.
If you like The Quash and want to see it continue, then please go to Patreon.com/theQuash to check it out and sign up.
I hope to see everyone over at my Patreon account. It's going to be "YUUGE".

October 11, 2020 1 vote out of 750K people isn't worth Sh*t/Bonus
In this episode I show you how fundamentally confused people are about "the vote". They are intentionally misled to make them think it is some magical thing. It's not in this country. It's a conjob. Did you know that nothing prevents states from allowing children to vote. Or prevents states from ONLY allowing Billionaires to vote. Did you know that? Not to mention that your vote is so diluted at this point it is virtually worthless. I could go on and on. I have already showed people in a different episode how your "representation" is a joke when it comes to WHO you vote for, now see just what a joke your vote is. The system is a scam from top to bottom to control you under the guise that YOU control the system.

October 08, 2020 "Crimes against humanity" can Civil suits get us justice for Corona insanity?
In this episode I discuss issues related to civil suits to "fix" this corona insanity. I am doing it because a recent youtube vid called "crimes against humanity" has become very popular. In it a German lawyer lays out the case against certain authorities for their abuse of people during this "pandemic". You do NOT need to have seen the video to understand my podcast.. I discuss the legal complications and details of suits like that. And I discuss the overall situation in the states for the likelihood of those cases achieving positive results and what that might even look like. What is it exactly people think these cases MIGHT DO? The reality is that civil lawsuits are not ever going to be an effective way to right the wrongs being done to the people under this ginned up pandemic charade. But people continue to believe in "the system" and imagine it can "protect them". I've put a bitchute link to the vid in my notes. If it says it's "unsafe" ignore that nonsense. Just trying to scare people away from the truth. The link is FINE. lol

October 04, 2020 Advice & Consent of the Senate is a Barnum Statement/Bonus
In this Bonus episode I tell you all sorts of things about the SCOTUS appointment and the term it serves. Every time one of these "nominations" comes up the people have the chance to learn the truth. And every time they are lied to by the left and right. Most everything you're told is just not true. There doesn't have to be any hearing. The court members don't serve for life. There is no obligation to impeach them. Did you know any of that? of course not. You've been misled your whole life for a reason. Those in power LOVE having this absurd tyranny we're all "bound to" that serve "for life" and can just say whatever they want and BAM we're all magically bound. Take the opportunity to learn some truth.

October 01, 2020 This "emergency" PROVES our system doesn't SCALE
In this episode I discuss HOW the governors and President are abusing these "emergency" statutes and how that PROVES our system doesn't scale. This is NO emergency. Emergencies are sudden events, fires, storms, tornadoes etc. In those situations there is NO need to understand the "basis" for the emergency. They are OPENLY OBVIOUS emergencies. But we don't have any of the evidence necessary to demonstrate any emergency. Yet they continue to exercise "power" over us under the UNproved guise of this fake emergency. This fake emergency is proving that our system does NOT scale. We can't stop any of this abuse and there is NO consequence to BOTH sides who are doing it to us.

September 30, 2020 The Great Debate of 2020/Bonus
In this Bonus episode I discuss what other people won't discuss about what went on in that clown show called a "Debate" between Biden and Trump. I show how it was the FORMAT that was the problem. The FORMAT allows either side, mostly Biden, to simply lie continuously without any consequence. Trump never should have agreed to the format OR he should have been prepared for Biden's endless lies. But he did agree and he wasn't ready and he came off badly because he REFUSED to live by the rules he had agreed to. What people SHOULD see now is that it is all a show. They are both on the same team. Not one single mention of the totally UNconstitutional nature of proposals. I get into a lot of issues. It was a clown show from beginning to end but the left/right commentators will NEVER point out what I point out in my episode.

September 29, 2020 ACB to replace RBG on SCOTUS/Bonus
In this brief Bonus episode I discuss the ACB nomination to the court to replace the now dead for the umpteenth time RBG. The entire process is a show. The Court itself is a show. All the court does is make stuff up under the guise of "giving us the law". It is a tyranny. That is why so much hysteria surrounds the nomination. I will open your mind to all of the fundamental things about the court that you've never been told or thought about. They really are just so obvious once you see them. Your favorite guy in media just misleads you and keeps you inside the silly left v right box they want you in.

About The Quash

From the publisher's feed

Forget left v right. This is the truth about the system from a man who knows. The Quash, is hosted by a lawyer with 30 years of experience. He unmasks the absurd false narratives we've been immersed in 24/7 since birth and laughs at them. There's a reason nothing about the system ever makes any sense. You've been lied to your whole life. But that ends now.
