Tragically, he, his wife Maryam, and their two young children, Amina (4) and Zain (5), were among the 241 passengers who perished in the Air India Flight AI171 crash on June 12, 2025. Their brief visit ended in heartbreak, leaving relatives in shock and awaiting DNA identification.
