Well, even the crew was a bit taken aback by this inspiring and motivating Tokyo Olympics special guest this week. Wang actually admits he has a heart and the usual comedy capers make for another hilarious episode. Come along for the ride

Radelaide sure does have some cool hidden gems, cool people and amazing pooches (Its Pippas Birthday), this week we chat with local Adelaide bike mechanic and part owner of one of Adelaide's fastest up & coming bike stores & coffee shop "Contour". The weather has also been quite favourable so we have been out on some spicy adventures and as always we make room for Frankie & her obsession with Chris Marvin.... Come along for the ride.

So we have worked out Frankie is colour blind and definitely not French :) , Queen LaQueefer is live with us on air this week and points out some of the fun and not so fun times had during bike racing, Cashys Di2 must have gone flat again as he ran for an extended period of time... weirdo.
