The Raid

When Hulissa Aguilar was 12 years old her father was detained by ICE. She recounts the trauma and strain on her and her family. Now a college student studying politics and law, she remembers how it affected her life. Even though the scars remain she has worked hard to heal her past. She is now a spokesperson for the undocumented and has aspirations of getting involved in politics and becoming an immigration attorney.

Journalist Nick Scwellenbach reveals Stephen Miller, Trump's deputy chief of staff owns stock in the company Palantir, the same company that is used for data anaylsis and surveillance for ICE. Journalist Nick Schwellenbach discusses his recent findings on Border Patrol agent, Gregory Bovino who is responsible for spearheading the recent raids in Los Angeles, Chicago and now North Carolina. Bovino has been hauled into court and admonished by a federal judge for excessive use of force. Schwellenbach finds that Bovino has a history of excessive use of force, actually four times higher than other border patrol sectors.
