Audiobooks are the best, especially since listening gives you the freedom to pair up with other tasks like cleaning, cooking, and walking. And having a wonderful narrator can truly turn listening to a book into somewhat of a magical experience.
Some audiobooks that I love and recommend, mainly because of the amazing narration:
By far, my favorite audiobook narrator is Julia Whelen, she is AMAZING!

Weekly meal planning doesn't have to be a headache, especially if you keep things simple. Below is an easy 4-step guide to help you get started!
1. Open up your calendar. Figure out exactly how many nights you need to shop, plan, and cook for.
2. Are there any ingredients leftover from last week that you can incorporate into this weeks upcoming menu, or perhaps give you some inspiration?
3. Fill in your meal planning calendar, using your staple meals. Supplement the other nights with your wheel meals or plan for leftovers.
4. Writing up your grocery list, be mindful of quantities if you'd like to incorporate leftovers for lunches or another dinner.
And for the love of god, stay off Pinterest, you'll get completely overwhelmed!
