Today I will discuss seven pillars of entrepreneurial wellness devised by Chandler Walker, where, through a 12-week curriculum, he is able to transform a client both mentally, and physically, to achieve lasting results for their long term. This program draws upon several tools including Cognitive Behaviour Coaching through journaling, micro habit actions, custom meal planning, and video-based workouts.
