Getting to know yourself should be the first step you take before trying to know someone else. Take the time to study history while building your craft.  

Before a butterfly becomes beautiful, it has to go through the ugly stages of life. I t has to go through the struggle to break free from its cocoon . and only then will it get to fly free, and shine is beauty on the world.

We, as humans, also have to go through the struggles before we spread our beauty across the earth. We have to lose to gain. Fail to succeed. Fall to be lifted. And that list goes on....

It is your job to allow others to go through the struggles so they can be set free, just like the butterfly. Allowing your loved ones to experience the experiences of life will assist them in becoming more energetic human beings. A bird has to jump out of a tree to see if it's truly ready to fly. If it's not, then it will learn the hard way. 

The mother bird does not interfere with this process. I'm not saying to allow your children to die. What I am saying is to enable them to go through certain situations in which they have to learn to overcome. This also applies to your other family members, friends, colleagues, boss, etc...

There are so many of us who are in forced relationships. We allow ourselves to get so close to others it makes it impossible to see them for who they truly are. The question is, what do you do after you find out ?

 Thank you for showing up on our group call. It was so good to see so many of you show up and get involved in the conversation.  I know some of you were not able to make the call but I got your back. • Express yourself. ... 
• Spend time with loved ones. ...
• Improve your happiness in other areas of your life.
• Choose a day where you don't complain about anything
