The good news is yes, yes you can! I recently heard Mel Robins say that confidence is a skill not a personality trait. And that Confidence is built on the low days, not the high days. If you think about it, there hasn’t been a challenge that didn’t make you stronger. It’s about facing the challenge, and taking action even when you don’t feel like it. That’s how you build confidence over time.
