WHAT IF YOU'RE ONLY ONE DECISION AWAY FROM CHANGING YOUR ENTIRE LIFE?
Not January 1st. Not next Monday. Not when life slows down.
NOW.
There are women already mentally checking out of the year, telling themselves they'll start again in January.
And then there are women deciding that the remaining weeks of 2026 are going to count.
Which woman are you?
In this episode of Coming Home with Jenny Oceans, we're talking about what it REALLY takes to create sustainable change.
Because here's the thing...
You can have the vision board. You can journal, manifest, meditate and repeat affirmations until you're blue in the face.
But if your nervous system is struggling to adapt to the changes you're trying to create, you might find yourself running straight back to the life you're desperately trying to leave behind.
Familiar doesn't always mean good for you. It simply means familiar.
We're diving into nervous system regulation, neuroplasticity, the power of small consistent actions and why accountability can make such a difference when you're creating a new reality.
I'm also sharing my personal experience with EFT tapping and introducing you to the incredible Demi-Lea Millbank, whose EFT tapping training is now available inside BELONGING.
AND I'VE GOT SOMETHING VERY EXCITING FOR YOU.
Introducing the BELONGING 66-Day ChallengeWe're not waiting for the new year.
Inside BELONGING, we're coming together for 66 days of intentional, sustainable change.
Not another bootcamp. Not an overwhelming list of things to fix about yourself.
One meaningful change. One decision. One commitment to yourself.
And we're doing it TOGETHER.
Inside BELONGING, you'll receive:
This isn't about becoming someone else.
It's about finally following through on what you've been telling yourself you want.
Imagine arriving at January 1st already proud of the woman you've become.
Imagine not needing another New Year's resolution because you've already started.
The question isn't whether you have time to change.
The question is whether you're ready to make the decision.
COME JOIN US INSIDE BELONGINGYou don't need to do this alone.
You need to decide you're worth showing up for, and we'll take it from there.

Coming Home with Jenny Oceans
Your life doesn't change because the calendar does. It changes because YOU do.
Today I want to give you a little snippet of what is actually happening inside BELONGING.
I wanted one place where women could come and explore.
Learn.
Get curious.
Find the subjects that light something up inside of them.
And hear from incredible experts, practitioners, facilitators, coaches, mentors and teachers from all different areas of holistic wellness, personal development and what it means to be a woman.
Not another place where you're told what you should be doing.
Not another program you have to keep up with.
A library.
A space you can come into and simply ask yourself:
What am I curious about right now?
And then go there.
Maybe it's nervous system regulation.
Maybe it's breathwork.
Maybe it's your menstrual cycle.
Maybe it's hormones.
Maybe it's relationships, spirituality, nutrition, healing, your body, your mind or something you've never even heard of before.
Finding what excites you. Finding the teachers you connect with. Finding the conversations that make you want to understand yourself and your life on a deeper level.
And today I'm giving you a little piece of one of those conversations.
I recently sat down with Paula Willis, and we started talking about menopause and perimenopause.
But not in the way we usually hear about it.
We started talking about the psychological transition happening to women through midlife.
Identity.
Conditioning.
Burnout.
Intuition.
Why you suddenly don't tolerate the shit you used to tolerate.
Why you might start questioning your career, relationships and who you even are anymore.
And Paula introduced me to something called individuation.
I was fascinated.
And this is just one conversation inside a library that will continue to grow and evolve with BELONGING.
So today, I'm opening the door and letting you listen to a little snippet.
And if you find yourself thinking,
“Holy shit. I want the rest of this conversation…”
Come inside BELONGING.
The full conversation with Paula is waiting for you there.
But for now…
Have a listen to this.

This episode is a little different.
Today, my daughter Sunday takes over the microphone and interviews me and then I turn the questions back on her.
What starts as a funny conversation about favourite foods, gold or silver, dream homes, animals and business quickly becomes something much deeper:
When did we stop believing that anything was possible?
I ask Sunday whether dreams can come true.
“Yes, Queen.”
Can you do anything?
“Yes.”
Is anything possible?
“Yes.”
No hesitation. No list of reasons why not. No worrying about whether she has enough qualifications, money, followers, experience or knowledge.
Just possibility.
We talk about her dream of helping animals, the businesses she would create, and what she would do if she needed to make money tomorrow.
And her answers reminded me of something I think so many adults have forgotten:
There is almost always another possibility.
As adults, we accumulate limitations.
We decide we're not qualified enough. We don't have enough money. We're too old. We didn't finish school. We don't know how. Someone else is already doing it.
Children haven't necessarily built all of those walls yet.
They dream first.
In this episode I also share some of my biggest dreams, from the beautiful farm I envision living on, to creating a space that changes people's lives, and my desire to impact thousands of women every year.
Sunday and I also talk about the three questions we ask at night:
1. What could I have done better today?
Not to judge or punish ourselves, but to become aware of where we can grow.
2. What did I do today that I'm proud of?
Because we need to recognise and celebrate ourselves too.
3. What was the most fun thing I did today?
Because understanding what brings us joy helps us create more of it.
This episode is playful, imperfect, funny and real, but I hope it reminds you of the version of yourself who believed a little more freely.
Before someone told you it was unrealistic.
Before you needed to know exactly how.
Before fear started answering the question for you.
Ask yourself:
What would I dream about if I genuinely believed anything was possible?
Maybe the child within you already knows the answer.
IN THIS EPISODE• Dreams and believing they're possible
• What children can teach us about possibility
• Entrepreneurship and creating opportunities
• My vision for the future
• Sunday's dreams of helping animals
• Why adults complicate making money
• Celebrating yourself and learning from your day
• The three questions we ask before bed
• Creating more joy in everyday life
• Allowing yourself to dream again

And maybe tonight, ask yourself:
Do I still believe my dreams can come true?
Sunday's answer?
Yes, Queen. ❤️
Are you one of those people who wakes up on Monday already wishing it was Friday?
Monday sucks. Tuesday drags. Wednesday you're “halfway there.” Thursday you're nearly there. And finally… Friday.
But what exactly are you getting to?
Because if you're spending most of your week waiting for the weekend, you're not just wishing away your working week.
You're wishing away your life.
In this episode of Coming Home with Jenny Oceans, I'm challenging you to look at how you're actually experiencing your days.
Your life is happening on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday too.
None of us knows how much time we have, so what would change if you stopped waiting for something better to arrive and started creating more joy inside the life you're already living?
I share three simple questions to ask yourself every night for seven days:
1. What could I have done differently today?
Not through judgement or punishment — through awareness and radical responsibility.
2. What did I do today that I'm proud of myself for?
Start celebrating yourself and noticing what you're already doing well.
3. What was the most FUN thing I did today?
When you recognise what genuinely brings you joy, you can intentionally start creating more of it.
This episode also goes somewhere much deeper.
I share about periods of my own life when I didn't want to wake up the next morning and how profoundly grateful I am today that I'm still here.
There was a time when life felt incredibly dark.
Today, I can genuinely say:
I am so happy I stayed.
If you're currently in a season where everything feels heavy, trapped or impossible, the way life feels today does not have to be the way it feels forever.
Find the people, experiences, teachers, practices and moments that bring even a little light back into your world.
Hold onto the things that remind you that you're alive.
You are part of this life. And there is still so much here for you to experience.
IN THIS EPISODE:• Why living for Friday means wishing away your life
• Changing the way you experience your working week
• Choices, consequences and radical responsibility
• Finding gratitude even when circumstances aren't ideal
• Genuine joy vs escaping your everyday reality
• Three questions that can change how you experience your days
• Discovering what genuinely brings you joy
• My experience moving through incredibly dark periods
• Why I'm deeply grateful today that I stayed
• Learning to become genuinely excited to be alive

THE DOMINO EFFECT: Every Choice Is Creating Your Life
Every choice you make has a domino effect.
The time you go to bed.
What you consume.
Who you spend your time with.
Whether you move your body.
Whether you keep the promises you make to yourself.
Whether you say yes when you really want to say no.
One choice leads to another, then another, then another and before you know it, those seemingly insignificant decisions are shaping the way you feel and the life you are living.
I share a very real example from my own life of consciously making a choice I knew probably wasn't going to serve me ,staying up late, scrolling my phone and disrupting my normal evening routine and then watching the domino effect unfold the following morning.
But this isn't about judging yourself when you make a choice that doesn't serve you.
It's about awareness.
Instead of waking up and punishing myself, I laughed. I knew exactly what had happened. One choice had simply created the conditions for the next.
And when you understand that, you can choose differently.
We also go deeper into one of the most important questions you can ask yourself:
What do I actually want?
Because if you don't know what you want, it's incredibly easy to spend your life accepting what you don't want.
Relationships. Work. Habits. Food. People. Expectations. Even something as simple as the coffee someone makes you.
Knowing what you want requires clarity and clarity becomes much easier when your nervous system feels safe enough for you to actually hear yourself.
IN THIS EPISODE:• How one small choice can create a powerful positive or negative domino effect
• Why awareness is more useful than judging or punishing yourself
• How your evening choices can influence the way you wake up the next morning
• Why movement, nourishment and keeping commitments to yourself naturally compound
• The importance of knowing exactly what you want
• Why so many people accept things they don't actually desire
• The connection between nervous system regulation and clarity
• Why your values matter when creating the life you want
• Learning to recognise what genuinely brings you joy, pleasure and aliveness
• Why worthiness plays such an important role in allowing yourself to ask for more
Your mindset and nervous system go hand in hand — one without the other will not create sustainable change.
You don't need to change your entire life today.
Start noticing the choices.
Because every choice is pushing a domino.
And the beautiful part is that you get to decide which direction you want those dominoes to fall.
BELONGINGIn this episode I also share about Belonging - my online wellness space created to give you access to knowledge, practices and support without becoming another overwhelming platform demanding your attention.

Remember: your life isn't created by one enormous decision. It's being created through the choices you make every single day.
Every choice you make is shaping the woman you're becoming.
From the moment you wake up, to the thoughts you think, the conversations you have, the food you eat, and the people you surround yourself with, every choice becomes another building block of your life.
In this episode, I explore one of my favourite concepts: your life has an algorithm.
Just like social media, your life reflects the choices you've made, the values you hold, and the people you choose to spend your time with.
Perhaps the reason you feel lonely isn't because you're alone.
Perhaps it's because you haven't found your people yet.
The people who speak your language.
The people who share your values.
The people who truly understand you.
Because your mindset and nervous system go hand in hand. One without the other will not create sustainable change.
In this episode you'll learn:
• Why every choice shapes who you're becoming
• The difference between conscious and unconscious choices
• How your personal algorithm influences your life
• Why you can feel lonely even when surrounded by people
• Why finding people who share your values changes everything
• How your passions and interests naturally evolve as you grow
• Why excitement is one of the greatest signs you're living in alignment
If you've been feeling like you've outgrown your current life, your friendships, or you're questioning where you belong, this episode is for you.
You are not lost.
You're growing.
As you grow, your algorithm changes too. The people, conversations and environments that once felt right may no longer feel aligned—and that's okay.
The goal isn't to leave everyone behind.
The goal is to create spaces where you feel understood, inspired and connected.
Because when you find your people, something inside of you comes alive.
That fire returns.
That excitement returns.
And you begin to remember who you truly are.

Did breathwork alone save my life?
No. Absolutely not.
But breathwork became a massive part of my transformation because it helped me realise that everything I had been doing to change my life wasn't enough on its own.
In this deeply personal, raw, and honest episode, I share more of my story — from years of talk therapy, eating disorders, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, medication, and living in a constant state of survival, to discovering the powerful connection between the mind and the body.
For years, I worked on my mindset. I talked about my problems. I journaled. I read books. I tried to understand myself.
But eventually, I realised something important:
I could not create lasting change in my life if my body still felt unsafe.
Breathwork became one of the tools that helped me reconnect with my body and begin regulating my nervous system. But it wasn't breathwork alone. It was the combination of mindset, nervous system regulation, body-based practices, movement, nature, meditation, breathwork, self-awareness, and learning how to create safety within myself.
Because your mindset and nervous system go hand in hand. One without the other will not create sustainable change.
This episode is for anyone who has tried to change their life through mindset alone but still feels stuck in the same patterns within their body.
It's for anyone living with anxiety, fear, overwhelm, or a nervous system that has been in survival mode for a long time.
And it's for anyone who needs the reminder that you are not broken, and the way you feel today does not have to be the way you feel forever.
Your life can change.
Your body can learn safety.
And you can learn to live and experience life in a completely different way.

🎧 Who This Episode Is ForHave you ever reached a point where everything just feels like… too much?
You've tried the meditation.
You've tried the breathwork.
You've read the books.
You've listened to the podcasts.
Yet somehow, you still feel overwhelmed, lost, and like you're constantly treading water.
In this episode, I unpack why sometimes the answer isn't doing more… it's doing less.
Using the powerful analogy of the ocean, I explore how our nervous system responds when we're constantly "headbutting" life's waves instead of pausing to observe what's really happening beneath the surface.
Because your mindset and nervous system goes hand in hand—one without the other will not create sustainable change.
In this episode you'll discover:✨ Why overwhelm isn't a sign that you're broken
✨ The difference between reacting and responding to life
✨ Why doing more personal development isn't always the answer
✨ How to create space before making important decisions
✨ The importance of observing instead of forcing
✨ Why sustainable transformation starts with your internal state, not your external circumstances
This episode is for anyone who feels stuck, overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or unsure of who they are anymore.
If you've been searching for a quick fix, this conversation may be the gentle reminder your nervous system has been waiting for.
Sometimes the greatest act of healing isn't doing more…
It's giving yourself permission to stop.
