Megan is an Integrative Physical Therapist who works with women to navigate pain associated with Endometriosis. She also supports women during pregnancy and beyond to help them stay connected to themselves and feel their best as they transition into motherhood. Her mind body approach goes beyond the physical complaints to truly support her clients in a holistic way. She is a fierce advocate for women's health and raising up women's voices to be heard and taken seriously in their healthcare. She hosts the "We Deserve Better" podcast with her best Doula Friend- Katie Hope where they talk about all things women's health including their struggles and successes navigating complex health issues.
Her own journey through infertility and ultimately an Endometriosis diagnosis deeply inform her work and give her valuable perspective on how sensitive health challenges can be. She is mom to one very feisty pup named Timon- like the Lion King- and she enjoys strength training for her sanity and a lazy day at the beach anytime she can!
