I get it, Your symptoms are with you day after day, sometimes 24/7, which makes it seem impossible not to focus on them.

Up until this point I have covered the root cause to food sensitivities, the traps that we can fall into when trying to address them and the most common questions. 

Now you are probably asking, how do I resolve food sensitivities using the principles of GHK and my mind?

If you have food sensitivities or allergies, you have most likely been given many protocols by many practitioners. 

While these protocols have good intentions to help you because that is all these practitioners know, I really see them as life sentences to living in a cage. They are traps. 

You know the ones, you need to take these supplements or medication to keep the inflammation down, avoid these foods and drink as much broth and kombucha that you can. By the way, you will never be able to eat dairy, wheat, white flour, sugar, egg, soy, night shades again in your life. O and did your mom have food allergies too? Then it must be genetic, so there is nothing we can do. 

Sounds like a protocol I’m excited about!

These protocols are  traps. They not only keep you in the cycle of avoidance  but most of all they keep you stuck in bad thinking patterns. Patterns that keep you from healing.

Food Allergies and Sensitivities are at their high. We are seeing more and more people forming allergies/sensitivities to foods more than ever before. The medical world and even the holistic world has led you to believe that certain foods are just not safe for your body.
