We are marketed with lies every day. Its up to us to know whether or not to believe them. Along your healing journey you have most likely been fed some lies. 

Most of the time these lies don’t feel like lies when you first hear them because your world is small at the time. 

As you move forward on your healing journey, you find out that some of the things you were told were not true and its easy to let go of them. 

But there are some things that are told to those with chronic symptoms that for some reason stick even though they are not true. Today I’m going to discuss those sticky lies. 

The ones that despite all the trials and protocols people have done, still stay with them. These are the lies that if you want to get well, you must uncover.
