Critical feedback is imperative to grow in life and in business, yet it’s a struggle for some of us to accept.  How can we change our mindset so that when we hear what people say, We listen and use it to grow?  It not only affects us as a person but it sets an example for our children to accept the gift of constructive criticism. 

Ronnell Richards serial entrepreneur, the host of Business and Burbon, and father, discuss how it not only takes a village to raise a child but also takes a village to raise adults.  It takes a team to care for yourself through physical and mental fitness so you can be there for whatever journey you are on.
