* Lindsay Clancy jury still deadlocked on Tuesday. Does the “support Lindsay” movement know how bad they look?

* House passes another CR to fund federal gov through December.

* Security concerns raised as FAA looks to bring in new vendors, and two of them have links to China.

* DHS Secretary Mullin says they may send ICE to the polls, but there’s a good reason. They’re on a roll in NYC, nabbing more than 2,000 illegals in the last month. And now the DHS is pushing probes in 9 states about their voter rolls. Missouri is included, and SoS Hoskins says he welcomes continuing to work with DOJ and DHS to clean up Missouri.

* The Missouri Supreme Court continues with big hearings this week on a congressional map referendum and on a lawsuit against the Missouri Stadium spending bill. A couple of county clerks have decided to jump into the discussion, saying they can use either map in November. Is this helpful or unhelpful to MO’s redistricting process? I think it’s irrelevant. The legislature discharged the duty assigned only to them, case closed in my mind.

* A federal judge in Texas has postponed TX and FL case against mifepristone (primary chemical abortion drug) until December, well after the midterms. I hope they continue the fight against this killer and the DOJ doesn’t slow walk their defense.

* New ideas are abounding in how to deal with mass deportations. One I’ve seen recently: how about seizing assets of those illegals deported and using it offset the cost of deportation or even pour back into fields that actually help working Americans?

* Missouri’s power grid is facing costly upgrades in the future as AI data centers continue to hog power. Even with the Flock camera proliferation and growing backlash, the Trump Administration is coming down hard in favor of data centers. This is a grave error, I think because they are missing the point entirely on what many people are concerned about. Yes, we have big questions on the centers themselves and land and power and the grid, but Americans are gravely concerned about the push for artificial intelligence. As it is quietly scanning and shredding books, getting entangled into courts, and even self-censoring to push a narrative, the bigger question is what’s the real opposition to data centers about that Trump and Co. are missing?

* A new US-Venezuelan oil deal may be profitable to the U.S., but what are the details? How does this affect China? And will this bring more energy freedom and dominance to the United States? I have more questions than answers.

* A federal grand jury has subpoenaed a key Comey adviser, signaling a new (and separate from the social media post) investigation into Comey’s activities surrounding the handling of classified information. More accountability, bring it on.

* An insider in Letitia James’s NY Attorney General office is blowing the whistle on a major campaign of “find the crime” against President Trump and his associates. This is big news that, I hope, will keep accountability rolling against New York’s corrupt AG.

* Dr. Fauci docs keep coming in, and this time we have Fauci himself on record back to 2009 asking for colleagues to delete their emails and even delete from the deleted folder! That date is way before the supposed preemptive Biden pardon from 2014 on. Does this open another avenue for prosecution?

* As the House comes back this week to do business, the Senate is still quagmired in nothingness. It’s apparent, though, that Dems really don’t get the fervor against illegal immigration. Senate Dems are content to lob bombs at RFK Jr. and the Senate GOP is apparently happy with playing poor and broke in Texas Senate election! Massachusetts voters face a new round of “radical woke socialist or not” in their Democrat primary. I don’t think the incumbent will be beat.

* Trump’s crackdown on birth tourism is apparently having an effect. Lots of Chinese social media chatter shows a chill that’s happening over pregnant moms headed to the U.S. to have their babies.

* The Missouri Supreme court has a couple of big decisions on tap this week: one case on the petition for referendum against our new congressional map and another on a proposed initiative petition amendment that would deal with initiative petition amendments.

* Trump’s Department of Transportation has been all gas no breaks since they came into office, and the results are showing! Big fixes coming to air traffic control, and huge crackdowns on commercial driving schools as well as the licensing of illegal truck drivers.

* 250 years ago, America’s “Dunkirk moment” took place on the shores of Long Island. Washington’s Continental Army suffered a big defeat at the hands of the British, but miraculously escaped Long Island to fight again! It’s a story worth remembering.

* Country music legend and American icon Dolly Parton has passed at the age of 80. President Trump ordered flags at half mast in her honor.

* The U.S. Supreme Court has delivered a big win for election integrity, swiping aside a lower court’s block against the President’s order restricting mail-in ballots. There’s still more to come on this, but for now SCOTUS allows executive branch plans to go forward. This is desperately needed, as many states and local authorities (including Riverside County California Sheriff Chad Bianco) are still fighting their own battles for election integrity and security. This court decision came amid a flood of great forward motion for the America First agenda.

* Are we jumping into another trade war with our northern neighbor? Canada announced new dollar-for-dollar tariffs against the United States. Just hold tight and we’ll see what happens. I give the Administration the benefit of the doubt on trade negotiations.

* Flock camera backlash has reached even mainstream headlines, but their CEO isn’t helping damage control. CEO Garrett Langley said on a recent interview that he thinks we should trade our privacy and liberty for a little more security! What do you think? I’m a solid no on that idea. Liberty over safety every time.

* We finally address the Lindsay Clancy murder trial, as closing arguments are expected in the case against her for the murder of her three young children. This case is a tragedy, and yes it should also cast a big shadow on the world of prescribing psychiatric drugs, but that does not absolve her of what appears to be premeditated murder. The thing even more shocking than this initial crime, though, is the response of the left! Standing up to defend her actions and sympathize with her frustration is just beyond the pale.

* It’s also worth covering the controversy, resignation, and subsequent (apparent) suicide of Jason Arday, one of the latest DEI hires at Cambridge University. This story is another tragic warning of the deadly nature of woke / DEI ideology.
