Today, we’re re-airing episode 122, when I sat down with my assistant, Megan Komar. She’s participated in every program I’ve run as a client, so she knows the details of how everything runs. Intimately.
She’s also one of my best friends.
Both of which are immensely helpful for our working relationship. There’s a built-in trust and communication level that makes things run pretty smoothly.
Professionally, Megan is a behind-the-scenes maven who helps entrepreneurs focus more on their real work and less on the day-to-day business operations that still need to be done, but not necessarily by them. She’s a woman of many hats and has over 3 years of experience as a virtual assistant and untold years in myriad other supportive roles, working with businesses and entrepreneurs to keep everything running smoothly.
In this episode, we talk about her experience during the very first iteration of the SellingU Magic & Mutiny mastermind and retreat, the work she does, and the way our company operates.
And we’re sharing it with you today because Megan was one of your experts for the SellingU Biz In A Box one-day virtual summit!
For Biz In A Box, Megan was your emcee and go-to for technical troubleshooting or general questions. (And she’s essentially served as stage manager for me, which also comes up in the convo in the pod.)
