Since interning at a record label at the age of 17, Jennifer has devoted her whole professional career to private service; earning her master's degree in hospitality, spending a decade working as a member of private staff, to opening her own private service consulting practice in 2010.
Jennifer shares her wealth of knowledge on the sector, and expands on the benefits of training and coaching for private staff, whilst touching on the importance of creating an educational safe space for high-end hospitality staff- An insightful and important discussion, and not one to miss!
