The Reid Wilkins Show with Jay Milne

In the final hour, the boys welcome in Doug McLean, U of A Golden Bears football analyst to chop up everything regarding the U of A football team.

After that, Reid and Jay give sports news using limericks before discussing their gripes with people misusing human language/sayings before giving a farm report for the day.

To start the second hour, top prospect and Oil Kings defenceman Blake Fiddler joins Reid and Jay to talk about his career so far, his time playing the sport, what it means to play for the Oil Kings and much more.

Reid then brings up a convo from yesterday regarding fan involvement and participation talking about the Off-Topic Topic once against.

Reid then gets into his top 3 for Fuge Sausage where he highlights the top three changes he'd make in the CFL before talking more CFL and Oilers rounding out the hour!

Starting the show, Reid and Jay get into The Oil... Understood for GCL Diesel recapping the Oilers' 6-1 loss to the Jets last night. Reid highlights some of the positives coming out of the action and what to look forward to heading into Saturday's matchup against the Kraken.

The "Off-Topic Topic" for William Huff is a conversation surrounding Moo Deng, a cute little hippo from Thailand where Reid asks why it's so popular all of a sudden. He also opens the door for fans to text in either true/false things about the hippo that he has to guess is real or fake.

Doug Brown, Bombers radio analyst on CJOB Winnipeg joins Reid and Jay to share his thoughts on tomorrow's game against the Bombers and the rest of the CFL.

After he's done on the show, the Afternoon Debate goes with Zach moderating the debate between Reid and Jay surrounding what the best superpower is... flying, or super strength?

For hour three, Reid's got his Top 3 for Fuge Sausage where he talks about his Top Three Memorable Overtime Openline Calls.

Jay then brings up issues surrounding NIL: Name, Image and Likeness in the NCAA.

Jay and Reid then talk more CFL, NFL and Oilers during the second half of the hour.

Hour two saw Reid and Jay getting into Reid's "Off-Topic Topic" for William Huff discussing the worst teams both them, EST employees and Nasties played on in their lives.

After that chat, Elks WR joins the show to talk about his team and how their last game against the Bombers went while lining up the next back, once again against the Bombers.

Before the end of the hour, we got The Oil... Understood for GCL Diesel where they preview tonight's game between the Jets and the Oilers.

To start the show, Reid and Jay welcome in TSN's Davis Sanchez to talk CFL & NFL, highlighting the QB situation in Edmonton and the Jayden Daniels of the Commanders. He also shares some stories from his time playing the game as well.

Reid and Jay then get into a conversation about phone guests with Reid sharing some caller stories during his time on the radio.

In the final hour, Reid and Jay dissect the Oilers preseason thus far, highlighting some of the big players and upcoming skaters in the depth chart of the orange and blue. Reid gives his thoughts on Vasily Podkolzin comparing him to Klim Kostin, chopping up how he might help the Oilers.

Chris Johnston of TSN and The Athletic to talk about the upcoming NHL season and some of the big storylines around the teams during this preseason. Johnston also talks about the new series surrounding the NHL and what the NHL might think that they could accomplish from the program.

Reid then gets into his Top 3 for Fuge Sausage, with the top 3 most memorable outbursts.

Jay and Reid then wind down the show recapping what happened during their three hour while looking ahead to some of the action they previewed.

Heading into hour two, Wilkins and Milne share their thoughts on MBT getting the start for the Elks this upcoming Friday against the Bombers. They get into a big discussion breaking down why they think the Elks made the choice they did while also sharing their opinion on the situation.

Jed Roberts calls in to give his two sense on the Elks and the situation regarding the starting QB. Roberts also shares some stories from his playing days.

After his time on the show, Reid and Jay talk about Evander Kane and how he is out 5-6 months and what that means. They then start talking about how there's less players in the NHL who can score and check at the same time.

In hour one, Reid and Jay open the show by talking about the newest NHL show coming to Amazon Prime called FACEOFF: Inside the NHL, sharing some audio bites of Oilers captain Connor McDavid sharing his thoughts on the series.

Reid then introduces his "Off-Topic Topic" for William Huff asking the Nasties which EST employee they would like to see have a camera follow them for a day and why.

Kevin Radomski, the Oil Kings Director of Business Operations joins Reid and Jay to talk about the EOK's start to the season and the goals of the junior team this year. Radomski also talks about some big promos for the upcoming season.

In the third hour, Reid shares a clip of Connor McDavid that was shown in the trailer for the upcoming show, FACEOFF: Inside the NHL which showed McDavid getting riled up during the Stanley Cup Final this previous season against the Panthers.

Reid and Jay then recap the NFL weekend while lining up the Jags-Bills and the Commanders vs Bengals!

To close the show, the boys talk a bit about the WBNA and how Caitlin Clark is changing the game.
