Our subconscious mind is responsible for about 90% of our thinking in life so it's no wonder that living in a perpetual state of fear, anxiety, insecurity, and other negative emotions/feelings creates our reality.
When we perceive a majority of our experiences as negative, this forms an imprint on our brain. This is why things like past emotional trauma, abuse, addiction, etc can remain with us. History, essentially, repeats itself unless we choose better thoughts for ourselves.
By working with the subconscious mind, we can create an entire new belief system for ourselves and completely change our lives. In this episode, I share the differences between the subconscious vs the conscious mind and some techniques to work with it.
