During his time in high school he fell in love with competing as a bull-rider. There, he would shape cowboy hats, unaware of what his future held. After a bad bull-riding accident that threw off his game. He eventually joined a metal band and toured for several years before landing himself in Nashville.

Since then, he has started a family and eventually was led into owning his own custom hat-making business which has absolutely crushed it. Now, he makes hats for some of the most well-known people in the world and is just getting started. This is a cool journey with tons of value. You never know where your path may lead you, but you’ve just got to follow your heart with it and do what you’re passionate about.

On this episode we are joined by my man Zac LeGros. He flew out on a Saturday morning, came to record then caught a flight home just hours later in order to connect and share his story. Zac is an active duty green beret, co-founder of Look Within Official and mindset/fitness coach. His childhood was a rough start. From a broken home to his grandparents kicking him out on the street. Fate connected him with an unlikely mentor that housed him until the day he joined the Army. On this journey he was led to becoming a green beret and opens up about what that took along with all he learned. Additionally, he coaches men to become stronger both mentally and physically. On top of those responsibilities, he is now both a husband and father which gives him even more purpose to pursue all that he does. On this episode we are joined by Shawn Simono, owner of Fire & Ice Cryo Medspa in Cookeville, TN. She is a single mother of three with one hell of a story and opens up to tell us all about it. Raised by her single father that did his best, she faced some tough circumstances and mental abuse coming from external forces that crashed her self-confidence. At the age of 18, she had her first daughter but was determined not to fall into the wrong path. She kept pushing forward and eventually married which led to two more children. In time, she went through a divorce and had to re-gear her life once again. She busted her tail until life hit her hard with cancer. Shawn bounced back, kept going and now owns a space that boasts both a med spa and wellness center. She’s passionate about helping women build their confidence and overcome whatever they go through.
