“Following God’s calling into ministry doesn’t mean you have to live a life of scarcity and meagerness.”
As pastors themselves, Jon and Les are familiar with the struggles that many people in ministry face when it comes to financial freedom. That’s why they’ve made it their mission to show other pastors how to use their gifts to create new streams of income. They’re passionate about helping pastors use added income to live more comfortably, start saving, and simply enjoy more opportunities.
Have you thought (or even dreamt) about owning a business outside of your ministry? If so, this podcast is for you! Get out your notepad and be ready to listen and learn!

Gavin Adams is a strategic organizational consultant and leadership partner focused on supporting leaders from innovation through implementation. We share a quote from him in every one of our one-day events, so it’s really fun to finally have him on the podcast this week.
Before launching Transformation Solutions, Gavin spent 15 years in ministry leadership, most recently serving as the lead pastor at Woodstock City Church, a campus location of North Point Ministries. Prior to ministry, Gavin spent over a decade in the marketplace working as a business strategy and marketing consultant. (And on the podcast, he told us he and his wife just bought a coffee shop! Whew! )
In today’s episode, Gavin is diving deep into approaching ministry with new strategies, why the pandemic is a disruption rather than an interruption, struggles he’s seeing in churches to actually change, and so much more. This is well worth the listen, and we’re excited to be sharing it with you!

Jason Hamrock is back on the show this week! And we're talking through a topic I have seen around social media, but haven't understood: Virtual reality.
After serving 11 years as a church Communications Director, Jason Hamrock is now the CEO of Missional Marketing, a marketing agency that specializes in supporting churches.
In this episode, Jason is talking through the potential changes on the horizon, what Meta is and why Mark Zuckerberg is moving their company in that direction, why he and his church are testing out virtual reality services, the encouragement that all of us need to hear about shifts in culture, and more!
This was a great conversation and we plan to lean on Jason a lot in the coming days. Don't miss this one!

The work of Jesus is evident all throughout Polly Hamp's life.
If you've listened to the podcast for a while, you know my life was changed by the teaching of Bob Hamp, and it was such an honor to have his wife Polly on the podcast this week to share her story.
Polly's earliest memory is from age 3, when she was first sexually abused. In today's episode, she shares about the journey of life she has been on, as well as the incredible ways Jesus has shown up in her story and redeemed aspects of her story.
Her vision in life is to see people walk in the fullness of who God created them to be. For years Polly has been helping individuals find freedom and hope from hurting and stuck places. She was the founder and director of a ministry that helped people impacted by the sex industry find freedom and a new life. She also is a published author, speaker, Think Differently Coach, Certified NLP Practitioner, and an Organizational Consultant.
The faithfulness of God evident in her story brought me to tears. I encourage you to listen!

Welcome to 2022! Happy New Year!
We are so excited for what God is going to do this year in your church and here at 95Network. The past couple years have been so difficult for everyone, uniquely so for church leaders. But that doesn't limit our God. He is still at work, still moving, and He wants to make a huge difference in your community.
In today's episode, we're sharing some recent results from a national survey of small-church pastors we did last year, revisiting what God did in 2021, and looking forward to where we feel He's leading us in 2022.
As always, we are cheering you on! God wants to use you to accomplish incredible things. We hope this episode is an encouragement to you as we kickoff this year!

Merry Christmas from all of us here at 95Network! 🎄 Today we’ve got a fun one for you to close out 2021!
In today’s episode, I’m chatting with each member of our team and asking them about their favorite holiday memories. You’ll hear about the time Caralee’s husband pretended to be Rudolph, when Jesse had to cut 4-feet off a Christmas tree, why last year was the first Christmas Jason loved, the “redneck-est Santa” story from Travis, and so many more! Some of these really are stories I’ll never forget. 🙂
Above all, we want to encourage you, despite all the pressure we can feel as a church leader, to keep sight on the true purpose of Christmas, as well as encourage you to prioritize your family during this time of the year. Both of those things are most important.
Enjoy this one this week! We hope it brings you some joy and an opportunity to reflect on your own favorite holiday memories.

At 2:30 in the morning on September 10th, 2016, Leslie Weirich woke up to the doorbell ringing and the news that her 20-year-old son, Austin, had taken his life. It was the moment that changed everything. This ultimately led her to leave her career as a successful financial recruiter and now speak to thousands of people across the country about suicide prevention.
This is such an important conversation.
In today's episode, Leslie shares her family's story, 8 factors that ultimately lower the risk of suicide, encouragement every pastor needs to hear right now, and so much more. This is a conversation I'm incredibly grateful to be sharing, and I hope you are able to listen.

"A lot of people are catapulting towards a final scene that holds a lot of regret."
Lance Witt is one of those leaders I hold so much respect for. With over 40+ years of leadership experience, and a deep understanding of soul care and ministry leadership, he holds so much wisdom for the Church today. I am honored to have him back on the podcast for today's conversation!
In this episode, we're talking about finding clarity on the life you truly want to live, the very real importance of acknowledging our limits, the message God has for leaders in this season, the formula that leads to a life of meaning and effectiveness, and so much more.
This is one you don't want to miss!

We have to stop limiting the opportunities we have to connect with people because we don't know how to do it. This is something I firmly believe, especially for those of us in ministry.
Today I'm excited to introduce you to Jesse Barnett, our newest member of the team and an Atlanta-based craftsman at heart who brings stories to life through writing, speaking, coaching, and teaching. Above all, his heart is to use his spiritual gifts and talents to serve those who have a message to share, and to help them multiply the reach, effectiveness, and power of that message. As Communications Coach with 95Network, he helps pastors get more mileage from their message by learning how to utilize the digital space to expand their church community.
In this conversation, Jesse shares how to "take something you've already created and put a little Miracle-Gro on it," why learning how to update how we communicate leads to deeper relationships, the opportunities available for every pastor to repurpose the message they've already worked on, and, most importantly, how this all relates to the Gospel. Listen in!

Imagine a movement of people loving their neighbors that leads to revival and renewal in our churches, our cities, and our world. That’s exactly what Jonathan Weibel & Steve Lutz are pursuing through Front Yard Mission.
We respect both of these guys greatly. They truly are the real deal, building meaningful relationships throughout their community by simply being intentional and being present.
In today’s conversation, we’re talking about practical ways you and your congregation can show up meaningfully for your neighbors this holiday season and beyond (seriously so many ideas in this episode!), great challenges for us to consider in our walk with Jesus, and the next season they see on horizon for what “church” looks like. This is a must-listen!
