  • 94. How To Lead With Organic Intelligence with Julian Guderley
How do you lead? Leadership often gets confused with control, or even worse, domination. With bending people to our will and enforcing our way of doing things, but it doesn't have to work like that at all. The earth herself teaches us that systems thrive through balance, sensitivity and nuance. We are all part of the planet, so why would it be any different with people?
As a leader, we have two choices. We can continue in the old way, placing ourselves above other people and working them for our own benefit, or we can imbue our leadership with the wisdom of nature. Julian Guderley believes that, like regenerative agriculture, which allows the natural world to teach us how to create ideal conditions for life according to its own unique complexity, we can return to the wisdom within ourselves and grow with the people around us.
By opening our hearts to the unique strengths of every individual, by appreciating the intricacy and diversity of human nature, we can begin to practice regenerative leadership. Bringing people together from across the social, cultural and economic landscape of the world and providing them with the conditions to flourish and express their creative potential allows everyone to find their perfect niche. As a leader, therefore, we must nourish the world around us with wisdom, insight, guidance and support, empowering those around us, who can then go on to multiply our impact a hundred times over.
Healing this world starts with healing its people, embracing who they are and channeling their gifts. This is the new paradigm of natural principles, organic intelligence and compassionate growth.
These are some of the tips that Julian Guderley leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Julian Guderley is a Transformational Leadership Coach, Breathwork Facilitator & Teacher and a Movement Catalyst. He is on a quest to identify, interview & collaboratively empower the key players in the regenerative movement.

  • 93. How To Embrace Vulnerability As The Source Of Your Strength with Nadav Wilf
Vulnerability might not be something we immediately associate with leadership.
Many of us grew up with infallible superhuman action heroes, who never put a foot wrong or suffered a moment of doubt, but those days are over. People need leaders who they can relate to, who they can make a human connection with.
For those of us who dedicate ourselves to guiding others on their journey, the pressure to be perfect can sometimes be a massive hindrance to our own sense of wellbeing. Many of us find ourselves worrying that if we don't have all the answers, are we really going to be able to inspire people, or even to help them?
It's a question that Nadav Wilf has struggled with, and I know that I have too.
The truth is that lessons in life come from experience, from walking the path and getting your feet dirty along the way, stumbling now and then, but always keeping moving. Every wrong foot and every mistake we make are lessons which we can share with others.
Figuring out how life is supposed to work is something that we can only do together, and each of us are both student and teacher. Everyone who comes to you brings their own unique circumstances and perspective, and that's what helps fill the gaps in your own knowledge.
None of us are perfect, no one has all the answers. Sometimes we get tired, we feel discouraged or we wonder if all this is really worth it. And that's okay. It's part of what makes us human. Living our challenges and overcoming them is exactly what makes a leader, a kindred spirit, a sincere and genuine example for others to follow.
So be sure of yourself. Not because you are always right, but because you will always learn.
These are some of the tips that Nadav Wilf leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Nadav Wilf is a spiritual entrepreneur. After building and selling 2 startups, he wasn't fulfilled so he embarked on a journey to find his passion, in what he calls a Passion Pivot. After studying with masters across the globe, Nadav founded Lifestyle Perfected, lifestyling programs for living the life you love.

  • 92. How To Embrace The Wisdom Of Your Intuition with Britnie Turner
Nobody is responsible for your life but you. Does that sound scary? It shouldn't.
So many people in this world are driven by fear, fear of judgement from other people, fear of failure, and even fear of themselves. Taking responsibility for our life is a big deal, but whether we do it or not doesn't change the basic reality. We are all on our own path, and while people may come and go from our lives, and we can try and put the responsibility for our choices on them, at the end of the day it all comes back to us.
That's why it's so important to be free from fear and trust in the deepest wisdom of our heart. Be confident in your intuition, and take the best decision you can at any given moment based on the information you have and the means available to you. There's no such thing as 'the right' decision, we are all in a process of learning and discovery, but allowing ourselves to have faith in our own judgement will free us to keep on going, no matter what.
We are all incredibly lucky to be born into a world of immense opportunity, where knowledge and wisdom are right there, at our fingertips. That means it's up to us, to make those connections, to build that understanding, and to transform our world into something genuinely fulfilling, for ourselves and also for others.
These are some of the tips that Britnie Turner leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
She has used these insights to do incredible things, and I'm honored to have had the chance to share some of her wisdom and help guide people towards taking that first step towards grace.
Britnie Turner founded Aerial at the age of 21 with the mission of elevating people and places. She started out working for free and living in her car, 10 years later, Britnie has over $200 million worth of active domestic and international Real Estate projects.

  • 91. How To Ignite The Brilliance Of Your Life with Stephen Scoggins
Where you are today doesn't have to define your tomorrow.
Whatever your situation right now, it doesn't take much to transform your life, you just need the right elements in place. Maybe you're holding on to some negativity or suffering from your past, maybe that makes you doubt yourself, and question whether you've really got what it takes to bring about real positive change. Maybe you're stuck in the same old daily routine. If that sounds like you, if your past is dragging you down, then you need to think seriously about changing your environment.
We've all got that spark of brilliance inside of us, the energy of spontaneous creation, but no one can light a fire underwater! In the same way, we've got to be in the right circumstances to really achieve something extraordinary. All our efforts in life are like the spark from striking two stones together - just waiting for the right environment to catch light and blaze brightly for the world to see, so make sure you get yourself in the right place, surrounded by the right people and the right energy. The rest will take care of itself.
Once the flame is burning inside us all we have to do is keep feeding it with more fuel, more energy and drive and determination, and it will light the way for us wherever we go.
These are some of the tips that Stephen Scoggins leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Stephen Scoggins is an award-winning, successful, multimillion-dollar serial entrepreneur of six businesses ranging from construction, thought leadership, and real estate.

  • 90. How To Enrich Your Life and Live It To The Fullest with Laura Hof
You've probably heard people talk about your 'inner child' and how important it can be. But what is it about children which makes their worldview so unique and powerful?
We are constantly warned away from things, reminded of our responsibilities and discouraged from our dreams no matter how fiercely the desire for transformation burns within us. We are confronted with this idea of an ugly and uncompromising reality, a world defined by our limitations. A world of fear. It's this fear that makes some parents push their children into conformity, what they think is a 'safer' path, into a certain career or a certain kind of education, and can eventually lead them away from their dreams. We are told that our dreams are too big and fantastical to ever become reality. We learn to accept limitations and to stick to what we know.
But we are not born that way. Children exist as creative individuals in the purest form because their creativity knows no boundaries. They don't know what is or isn't possible, they don't care! Nothing gets in the way of their dreaming and imagination. That's why when they find something they love, something they can channel their raw creative energy into, they can achieve so much so quickly. It's not because they're stronger or smarter than we are as adults, it's because they're less constrained by their own mind, and free to go beyond what people expect.
These are the tips that Laura Hof leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Laura Hof, is the daughter of Wim Hof "The Iceman", a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor, the Head of Events & Relations of Innerfire, and the Co-Founder of IceWomen_Community and the Founder of Laura Hof Alchemy.
She believes strongly that every one of us has that fire burning inside us, just waiting to be ignited with passion. That by reconnecting with that childlike sense of pure mental freedom, we can also achieve extraordinary things.

  • 89. How To Live Every Moment And Love Every Day with Adam Roa
Everyone talks about self love as if it's something that just appears out of nowhere, as if we should just expect to love ourselves infinitely without any effort, but it's more complicated than that. Everyone is looking for love, it's part of being human, but if we don't feel it from ourselves we become dependent on getting it from other people. That can start us on a dangerous path of focusing on what other people think of us and trying to please them, instead of focusing on our own legitimate needs.
In any relationship, love is the result of how much effort you put into it, how much quality time you dedicate to it, the depth of understanding you can build within it, and how far you will go to do what is best for it. Your relationship with yourself is no different. People change, places change, but no matter what you do, where you go or who you are, you will always have to live with yourself. So learn to accommodate yourself, learn to listen and take time to focus on your needs. Self love can be the source of your greatest strength, whether you share it with others or use it to get through challenging times.
These are the tips that Adam Roa leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Adam's advice is to treat self love like anything else we want to bring into our lives, start by introducing a few good habits, letting yourself do what makes you happy until it becomes a part of who you are. The journey of life is a long one, so make sure you enjoy every step, and make your daily routine a joyous dance of celebration, appreciation, and most of all love for yourself.
Adam is a transformational artist and international speaker committed to showing the world what it looks like to choose love over fear in every moment. Combining years of experience as a personal development coach and over a decade of experience as a filmmaker and performer, he blends the two worlds in a way that encourages others to see life as art.

  • 88. How To Empower Your Choices With Knowledge with Sanja Kon
We live in an age of change. Everything we thought we knew about the world just a few years ago is suddenly being challenged by new ideas, and things that we were sure about suddenly find themselves called into question. And that's great! It's totally natural to hesitate a moment, or to be unsure about things that we don't fully understand, and that's exactly why the most important tool at your disposal is knowledge.
It's not always easy to see the big picture, our whole culture is geared towards instant gratification, but there are powerful trends happening all around us, and we should definitely be paying attention. Looking at the short term, innovations like Cryptocurrency might fluctuate now and then, but as Sanja Kon sees things the long-term trajectory is only going one way. Which will you choose? To follow what everyone around you is doing or to take responsibility for your own choices?
For Sanja, empowering yourself with all the information you need to make the right choices is essential if you want to be a pioneer and avoid being left behind by the changing times we live in. Cryptocurrencies have already started changing the world. How should we respond? It's not always easy; people around us, voices on social media or even established institutions feel that hesitation about radical action. The status quo is comfortable for many, but if you know that you want change, be bold, and trust yourself to take the decisions you feel are right.
On the frontiers of innovation, there are no examples to follow, and that's exactly what makes it so exciting! Get informed, keep an open mind, live in the moment while always building for tomorrow. That's the mantra for momentum towards a different kind of life.
These are the tips that Sanja Kon leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Sanja is the CEO of Utrust, a speaker at international conferences, a mentor, and a coach. Her vision is to share the knowledge on how the digital landscape impacts consumer's behaviors. She's got extensive experience in delivering sustainable revenue growth in multinationals and startups within the E-Commerce and Fintech industry.

  • 87. How To Understand The True Meaning Behind Every Cathartic Moment That Happens In Your Life with Dave Hollis
When we're at our lowest point, we often feel helpless and hope that some kind of miracle will just happen. But what we might have forgotten is that we actually have everything we need to fix things. We are the miracle. We have the tools inside us. Don't just wait till someone comes and throws you a rope for you to climb up, build your own ladder instead. Think about it, where you are today didn't just happen like that. It took pain, struggle, and tears. Push yourself beyond what you think you can handle. In fact, forget what you think, and trust what you believe. It will reconfigure your capacity to overcome.
You need to wake yourself up and just do what has to be done. Struggle, fall, and rise again. If you can push yourself into spaces that are truly uncomfortable and challenging, you will be stronger when you emerge on the other side. Facing fear and hardship, the choice is whether to experience post-traumatic stress, or post-traumatic growth. If you don't grow, you can't be fulfilled. If you want fulfilment, then you have to change your relationship with failure.
As Dave Hollis says, 'Those that can see the obstacles, the challenges, and the discomfort as the vehicle to becoming who they'd hope to be, they're the ones who evolve and manifest their ultimate potential.' If you can contend with these dichotomies - hope and grief, excitement and fear, then eventually you'll see that that is a source of strength in itself. The journey ahead will take you up steep slopes and down into valleys, but you must always keep moving.
These are the tips that Dave Hollis leaves us in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Dave Hollis is a New York Times best-selling author, host of the popular Rise Together podcast, a keynote speaker and a life and business coach on GrowthDay. He's the father to four kids, a four-time foster parent, an avid runner, a sports memorabilia enthusiast, and he drives a 1969 Ford Bronco.

  • 86. How To Effortlessly Draw The Best Out Of Yourself With Oren Harris
These days it's become all about strategy, always trying to be two steps ahead of everyone else, second guessing ourselves and everyone around us, but is that really the path to fulfillment and happiness? Aren't we at risk of just trying to win at someone else's game?
If we were able to retain our natural human focus, we would always ask those kinds of great questions. Just think of the way in which a child approaches the world - always full of curiosity and innocence, open, ready to learn, ready to accept whatever new situations they encounter. If you can nurture that sense as you grow up, you'll find yourself able to access a deep level of unconscious wisdom.
You just need to trust the moment, keep your mind silent, be in the present, and allow the silence to actually flow through you. You'll be able to harmonize and balance everything. Rather than getting ready to respond, or always trying to think a few moves ahead, you will feel the presence of a deep consciousness within you. The more you let go, the more you'll start to realize that if you're present in the moment, then you have everything you need. And you can let the moment itself create you.
When we're in harmony with our true nature then we're in harmony with our higher selves, and everyone else's higher self as well. That's when every action we take will effortlessly harmonize with the world around us.
Find it within yourself and tune in right. The natural impulses which just arise in your mind, spontaneously. Let them come. Let your inner dialogue manifest however it will, free and natural. You might be surprised by the depth of insight you had inside you all along.
These are the tips that Oren Harris leaves us with in this episode of The Resilient Minds Podcast.
Oren is a transformational coach, a spiritual teacher, and a pioneer on the leading edge of human consciousness. His primary mission in life is creating Heaven on Earth, a place where people wake up to their true selves and live a limitless life of contribution and fulfillment.
He helps high performing leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives tap into the incredible power of flow and intuition to have a profound impact on the planet through the full expression of their souls' gifts. Despite his impressive accolades and abilities, Oren's real super power is simply his love and presence which reminds people of who they really are and effortlessly draws the best out of them.

Many of us are too scared to see what the future looks like. We are too scared because we think we're not able to move forward.
When you know that you've done all the hard work for you to get you where you are today, and your in love with who you are. There is no more looking back.
It's not going to be easy, trusting the unknown is scary. But as my great friend, Maria says "There's no light without darkness.", you have to get out of that mindset and build the sacred dreams.
And this is what stops you from achieving something bigger. All you've got to do is believe in yourself, because you've done all the hard work, you have enough experiences, and you have learned enough.
The thing that we could and should do is let go of expectations, surrender to what life is throwing at you, start healing yourself, and you can slowly see that change.
With patience and trusting in yourself, you'll find the balance that you need. And once you find that balance, you'll win.
