The FMB Radio Show is back people. We took a little week off to take a much-needed vacation from the midwest winter and fresh off the plane we were greeted with one of the most controversial cards in recent history. We get into how we scored the main event at UFC 247. Valentina Shevchenko being unstoppable at 125. And we also never want Derrick Lewis to retire, ever.

In news, we talk about the beef heating up between Tyron Woodley and Leon Edwards. Tyson Fury’s training methods are getting stranger by the day. Plus when is it ok to say Claressa Shields sucks at kicking.

It was a strange week this here on the FMB Radio Show. Between Curtis Blaydes staking his claim near the top of the heavyweight mountain, Michael Chiesa continuing to roll at 170, and Cris Cyborg returning to dominance there was a lot that happened over the weekend. Yet, nobody really seemed to care. All of it, unfortunately, was overshadowed by the death of Kobe Bryant. We try to stay in our lane, but when homage is due it must be paid so we give our thoughts on the hoop star.

Then, the even bigger MMA news of the weekend wasn’t even the fights themselves. It was Joe Rogan getting caught in internet crossfire everywhere. Between Bernie bros and Stephen A cronies, people are coming for Joe’s shiny bald head.

Paige VanZant managed to get injured again and Tyron Woodley basically says he needs a financial advisor. All that and I still haven’t mentioned the fact that literally nobody is talking about the Super Bowl that is six days away.

Like I said it’s a weird week here on the FMB Radio Show. Let’s just push through this one together and get on to Jon Jones defending the throne in two weeks.

This week on the FMB Radio Show Mystic Mac is back. Fresh off a good ole fashioned ass-kicking of Donald Cerrone Conor McGregor is back in the saddle as MMA’s hottest commodity. We talk about the win at UFC 246, if Cowboy is washed, and what’s next for Conor. Don’t worry we find time to address other things too like how horrifically awful the co-main event was as well as how horrifically awful we are at gambling.

Additionally, it looks like Khabib is just like the rest of us as he can, in fact, be bought. Floyd Mayweather is back doing Floyd Mayweather things which should surprise no one. And Tyson Fury is busting nuts seven times a day in preparation for his upcoming fight with Deontay Wilder which, unless you’re a pornstar, should surprise just about everyone.

We close the show today unofficially ranking the top three celebs we would want to see do a Dancing With The Stars Style BJJ tournament.

It’s the calm before the storm this week on the FMB Radio Show. All eyes are on Conor McGregor as we await his return to the octagon Saturday night. For the most part, all has been quiet on the MMA front the past week outside of dealings with mystic mac. Given such we spend a lot of time talking about Conor’s interview with Ariel, how the absence of Dillon Danis in his corner will affect his performance, and if we believe literally anything he’s saying at all.

Additionally, we discuss if Henry Cejudo’s girlfriend is real or if we have a Manti Teo situation going on. Big Brown and Big John have some beef over what it means to be in the UFC. Plus for the first time in a while, we have some strong “does it move?” fights to go through.

Then in honor of whatever eating contest took place prior to the college football national championship we unofficially rank the top foods we could put away in an eating challenge.

The FMB Radio Show is back! After some much needed holiday R & R we are finally getting back to it. Most was quiet on the MMA front over the holiday as it feels a lot like the Final Season of Game of Thrones crawling it’s way to the battle of Winterfell. Only instead of the fate of fictional zombies hanging in the balance, we have the fate of the biggest MMA superstar in history’s career on the line.

Naturally with his fight on the horizon we have a lot of McGregor talk to get into but we also talk about just how fat Rampage has gotten. Big John McCarthy being the ultimate company man slandering Anderson Silva’s early opponents. Plus, compliments of none other than self-appointed African American citizen himself Mike Perry, we have the return of “is it racist”. Spoiler alert, it is.

We not only just closed out a year but an entire decade so we naturally had to unofficially rank our top three moments of the 2010’s.
