California has some new rules in place that impact the EV charging infrastructure. I am confident that they are designed to protect the consumer but how much upheaval will it create?

Last week, Congress had the opportunity to modify and extend the EV tax incentives. It became a bargaining chip and eventually was dropped. You can still get the $7500 tax credit on most qualifying EVs and you have an opportunity to get part of your charging equipment cost reimbursed.
