The Poison Entrapment!

by GARY STARR

In 1985 Phil Collins was everywhere! Literally, everywhere. Fresh off the success of Against All Odds he released his third stu-stu-studio album in late January to a relatively positive response. It wouldn’t last, and the press and public would soon grow tired of Phil’s constant presence. However, for a short time Phil was on top. No Jacket Required became his biggest selling album and spawned three USA no.1 hits.

Meanwhile, Simon and Gary, with their guide Juan, find themselves exploring a mysterious cave below a volcano when an accident befalls one of the party. Who will survive the encounter and what will be left of them afterwards? Find out in this thrilling episode!

In 1985 he released the first album by his side hustle, Mike+The Mechanics, in collaboration with noted songwriter BA Baracus Robertson and producer Chris Neil. Simon and Gary, meanwhile, are confronted by a mysterious character with links to Simon’s past. Who is he and what does he want with our hapless duo? Find out in this thrilling episode!

Flight Into Danger!
by GARY STARR
Peter Gabriel released his third solo album
in 1980. Commonly known as “Melt” it
ushered in a radical new sound, one that
was based on rhythm rather than melody.
Featuring the introduction of the “gated”
drum sound that would go on to define the
1980’s, the album would also prove to have
a lasting effect on world politics.
Meanwhile, Gary and Simon finally spill
the beans on what went on after they
escaped from Hell. As the story continues
the hapless duo find themselves on the
run from angry jungle dwellers and chased
through the sky by a mysterious figure.
Will they survive and what will become of
them? Find out in this thrilling episode!
