In this audio run coaching session, where you download the recording and listen to it on the run as if I'm there with you, we are doing reverse ladder intervals - 2 sets of 4 mins at your marathon pace, 3 mins at 10k pace, 2 mins at 5k pace, 1 min all out with 60s rest in between each rep. A varied, fun session that is perfect for experienced runners and beginners alike at any stage of your training. Recorded at the Olympic stadium, this session also comes with bonus West Ham Untied and Olympics chat.
