Three years ago, I had someone come through my network whose sole intention was to scraped my offer, my hiring process, and repurpose it for his own. He signed up for my highest level coaching program and after a month, he quit.
I let him out of the iron clad contract because I don't like handcuffing people who are not a good fit.
A month after quitting, my exact offer was spotted by some of our other members.
I share this with you to say, how you do anything is how you do everything.
If you hang around people who do drugs, guess what you're going to attract?
If you surround yourself with people who have integrity, high moral standards, and sound judgment, you're going to attract the same time of people.
Think of your fitness and how you work out.
Are you lazy, or do you give it your all?
Think about your relationships.
Are you present in honoring your friendships, your relationship with your spouse, your children, and your clients?
If you want to attract the very best people, it's time to do a self-analysis of how you're doing things in your life.
Who you are and what you do consistently is who you'll be.
You know where you need to improve.
Everything else beyond that is practicing it daily.
Over time, you'll become who you are intended to be.
