As 2024 comes to a close, one of the last big pyro hurdles designers and shooters face is executing killer fireworks shows in not so killer weather conditions. It's cold this time of year...and cold and inclement weather can be a challenging landscape & experience.
In this episode, Jamie, AJ, and Bo dive into the mind of a CANADIAN (who's always cold) to level on some best practices and workflows for sending up pyro shows in cold weather.

Cue counts are a part of the show. They're as necessary to pyromusicals as the fireworks are. HAVING super high cue counts...don't make your show "better". In this episode AJ, Jamie, and Bo explore the misconception and try to peel back the curtain on why cue counts are so often perceived as a metric that's synonymous with a sense of superiority.

DEN Fireworks is a pyro content creator and phenomenally fun and genuine human. He's known for providing the fireworks community with high quality product demo videos that go into stellar detail on product performance. This October, he sent up his FIRST pyromusical and new designers & lead shooters who've guzzled from the firehose often have some of the best stories that we can take lessons away from in our own journeys as designers & shooters.
AJ, Jamie, and Bo relive DEN's Halloween themed musical and take a ride through all the lessons he learned through the process of getting his first pyromusical off the ground.

In this episode, AJ and Bo dive into Jamie's mind of madness as he unpacks "Nate's Demise" and it's execution.
