3:05pm- Last week, the Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that election officials cannot count mail-in ballots that are incorrectly dated. On Monday night, John Fetterman’s campaign filed a legal challenge arguing that mail-in ballots should be counted regardless of proper dating—claiming that rejecting ballots is a violation of the First and Fourteenth Amendments. The Philadelphia Inquirer estimates that “tens of thousands” Pennsylvania ballots may be improperly dated.
3:30pm- On CNN, host Don Lemon and political commentator Michael Smerconish explained that they sometimes forget what day it is—arguing that mail-in ballots without a date should be counted in Pennsylvania.

5:10pm – Could the Amish community, which typically abstains from voting, potentially boost Pennsylvania Gubernatorial candidate Doug Mastriano? FiveThirtyEight forecasting simulations currently indicate that Josh Shapiro has a 97% chance of beating Mastriano.
5:20pm- On Sunday, Philadelphia rallied around the “Chickenman”—a guy who randomly decided to eat an entire rotisserie chicken every day for 40 consecutive days. Hundreds of Philadelphians showed up to an abandoned pier in South Philly to watch history unfold.
5:45pm- Jennifer Stefano—Executive Vice President of the Commonwealth Foundation & Columnist at the Philadelphia Inquirer—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the impact frustrated parents will have on the midterm elections.
