310 - Rich moves to the Paul Pelosi attack story. A mentally ill man thinking he was Jesus held Paul Pelosi hostage at his home, but according to a NBC news report some of the details do not add up to the original publication of the story. 

330 - Democrats want it both ways, talking on how right wing politicians are racist for wanting violent criminals put away, but as soon as someone important is attacked in a major blue city, it’s time for a federal charge. Rich continues to poke holes in this story. Rich returns to discussing midterm elections in PA

340 - Athan Koutsiouroumbas joins the show to discuss his piece on RealClearPolitics discussing Gen X Supervoters in the Midterm elections. He starts with polling and how they are only useful for finding trends and not so much accurate voting data. Athan moves to suburbanite values from the 90’s to today. As far as being “socially moderate” is concerned, that is coming back to fruition as parents are revolting against liberal school boards across the area. Gen X is finally making their voice heard.

3:10pm- On Wednesday night, President Joe Biden delivered a speech from Union Station in Washington, D.C. where he condemned the attack on Paul Pelosi in his San Francisco home and implored Americans to vote against “MAGA Republicans.” During the speech, Biden continually emphasized that democracy is on the ballot in the November 8thMidterm Elections—linking violent attacks on public officials to far-right rhetoric. 

3:35pm- During his Union Station speech, President Biden warned that “MAGA Republicans” are not just questioning the legitimacy of past elections, but future elections as well. Earlier this week, Hillary Clinton accused Republicans, and the Supreme Court, of conspiring to steal the 2024 Presidential Election. 

3:50pm- In his latest opinion editorial, National Review’s Dan McLaughlin argued that Democrats hold themselves to a completely different standard when it comes to rhetoric.

4:05pm- On Wednesday night, Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez criticized Elon Musk for his decision to charge Twitter users $8 per month for a variety of features including verification. AOC tweeted: “Lmao at a billionaire earnestly trying to sell people on the idea that ‘free speech’ is actually a $8/mo subscription plan.” Musk responded, “Your feedback is appreciated, now pay $8.”

4:35pm- Bob Healey Jr.—Republican Candidate for Congress—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his race against incumbent Rep. Andy Kim for New Jersey’s 3rd Congressional District. Healey has pledged that, if elected, he will be the most accessible member of the U.S. House of Representatives. 

4:50pm- According to a recent NBC News report, transgender people are disproportionally impacted by voter identification laws. Though the report theorized that members of the trans community could be subjected to harassment if asked for ID, NBC offered no specific example of such a thing occurring in any recent election.

5:40pm- While appearing on CNN with Don Lemon, former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton accused Republicans of not genuinely caring about crime rates, despite prioritizing the issue during midterm elections. 

6:05pm- On Monday, the White House’s official Twitter account stated: “Seniors are getting the biggest increase in their Social Security checks in 10 years through President Biden's leadership." After a Twitter fact-check included “added context” explaining the benefit increase was triggered automatically based on inflation rate, the Biden Administration deleted the original post.

6:25pm- According to a report from The Wall Street Journal, the United States Treasury Department has issued guidance that will exempt Russian oil from price caps through December 5th—after that date American and European companies will be permitted to buy Russian oil though it will be subject to a price cap.
