Liv and Alex went HAM this week at the movies with their new MoviePasses (not sponsored). This week, they’ll review “The Darkest Hour,” “The Shape of Water,” “Thor: Ragnarok,” and “The Disaster Artist.” Liv will review the “Avengers Infinity War” trailer and make some juicy predictions, plus, hear about how and why Alex has seen literally every iteration of Spider-Man (yes, that includes the stage play.)

Alex and Liv are back from Thanksgiving with no money because they spent it all on Black Friday. This week, they’ll talk about two of the best movies they’ve seen this year, Greta Gerwig’s “Lady Bird” and Martin McDonagh’s “Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.” They’ll also review a video game from 2013 and gush about Tom Holland and Mark Ruffalo. (Liv would like to note that they recorded this podcast before the “Avenger’s Infinity Wars” trailer dropped today, which means she TOTALLY CALLED IT.)

After technical difficulties, Liv and Alex are back to talk about a book that shouldn’t become a movie, Blake, a.k.a. “Brake,” Shelton, and Alex’s shock at the ending of “The Sixth Sense.” Hear Liv’s review of Nick Kroll’s “Big Mouth” and Alex’s review Will Ferrell and Amy Poehler’s “The House.” Then they’ll try desperately to get a MoviePass sponsorship and come up with a plan to suspend society’s subscription to Men(TM).
