This October marks another full circle moment. As I often say, we aren't here merely to survive, we are meant to thrive. 

Six years after filing for divorce and spending the following two years in survival mode, I can truly say that I am thriving.

I poured my heart and soul into my new book, Rise Up & Thrive, How to break cycles of toxic and traumatic relationships, which will be released later this month.

My biggest hope in sharing my story is that women no longer have to suffer in silence or believe they are suffering alone.
