Let's face it, in January every single year, we all sit down and make a list of resolutions that we want to accomplish this year.
They could be lifestyle changes, goals, changes in career, or literally anything else, but at the end of the day, these things are going to have to become a part of a routine if we want to sustain them throughout the year, so I wanted to give my insights on how we can accomplish these things, or make changes in any aspect of our lives.
This type of goal setting, and routine building can make HUGE impacts on our mental health, our self image, and how we can impact our communities in a positive way!
