Born and raised in England, Colin Noble grew up as the youngest of four in a family marked by both love and struggle. With parents battling alcoholism, Colin learned resilience early in life. Though he was an average student, he found his passion in sport—especially football—and developed a strong work ethic that would later define his journey.

Leaving school at 16, Colin began an electrical apprenticeship, just as his world was shaken by the loss of his mum to alcoholism. The grief took a toll on his mental health, but he pushed forward, eventually qualifying as an electrician and starting his own business.

Driven by a desire for a fresh start, Colin sold everything and moved to Australia. After working in Melbourne, he settled in Gladstone to continue his trade. Life brought more challenges—while visiting England to say goodbye to his grandfather, Colin lost his father, also to alcoholism. Returning to Australia, he found himself in a downward spiral, battling with alcohol and facing the consequences, including a couple of drink-driving charges.

But Colin’s story didn’t end there—it turned. Meeting his now-wife, Jess, became a catalyst for change and also the father of 3 beautiful kids. He discovered fitness, rebuilt his mindset, and began transforming his life. Today, Colin is a passionate advocate for Bravehearts Kids, supporting children affected by trauma, and he channels his energy into endurance sports, proudly calling himself a marathon runner.

Growing up in the heart of Logan, Queensland, Matsen Jasch was the kind of kid who was always on the move. While he admits he wasn’t the sharpest tool in the academic shed, he quickly found his strengths outside the classroom — on the sports field. From a young age, Matsen threw himself into just about every sport he could try, but it was soccer and cricket that really captured his passion. After making a few representative sides in soccer, he decided to take the sport more seriously, learning early on about discipline, teamwork, and the highs and lows that come with competition.

Coming from a family of educators, with both parents being teachers, Matsen always had a strong appreciation for learning and helping others. It wasn’t long before he followed in their footsteps, enrolling at university to study teaching. It was there that life took an exciting turn — he met his now fiancée, and together they’ve built a beautiful family with two young daughters who keep them constantly on their toes.

Outside of the classroom, Matsen’s creative side began to shine. A lifelong anime fan, he was drawn to storytelling and digital media, which naturally evolved into an interest in content creation. That passion eventually led to the birth of the Cooldad Collective Podcast — a platform where Matsen opens up honest, funny, and insightful conversations about fatherhood, parenting, relationships, and what it really means to be a dad in today’s world.

Growing up in a big family with plenty of siblings, he learned early what it meant to share, to hustle, and to hold your own.

School wasn’t just about textbooks for Rocko — it’s where his entrepreneurial streak kicked in. While most kids were just figuring life out, he was launching his own clothing label, learning firsthand the highs and lows of running a business before even finishing high school.

After graduation, Rocko packed up and moved to Mackay for work, picking up the tools as a hammer hand. It was on the long drive back from Mackay that a new chapter began — he agreed to start a carpentry apprenticeship, which he stuck out until he became fully qualified.

But like most real stories, it wasn’t all smooth sailing. Rocko lost his best mate to suicide — a life-changing moment that pushed him to reflect deeply on mental health, mateship, and what truly matters. That loss lit a fire in him, and it's a message he continues to carry forward through open, honest conversations.

Eventually, Rocko started his own carpentry business, pouring everything he had into it. But when life took another turn, he decided to step back and work under someone else — a humbling move that reminded him that strength isn't just in being the boss, but in knowing when to regroup.

Out of all this came something new: a mic, a mate, and a message. Soon after, his family relocated to the Northern Rivers of NSW, where Nick grew up. School was never his strongest suit academically, but he thrived in the social side of things and from a young age had a clear vision—he wanted to be in radio or media.

After graduating, Nick went straight to university, spending three years at UQ before realizing it wasn’t the right fit. Determined to follow his passion, he transferred to QUT to pursue a degree more aligned with his goals. That decision opened the door to his first big break in radio with Brisbane’s Nova 106.9FM.Nick enjoyed a lengthy stint at Nova before moving across to Triple M 104.5FM, where he expanded his skills and launched Northern Exposure with his now good mate Jack Fulham—a show dedicated to AFL in Queensland. From the skateparks of Boronia to award-winning stages, Sammy Dunn’s journey behind the lens has been anything but ordinary. What started as a hobby—snapping photos of mates at the local park—turned serious after a life-changing moment: when an unclaimed camera handed into police was returned to him. That twist of fate set Sammy on a path that saw him land a partnership with a Sydney media company at just 16, and by 18, working full-time with Madd Gear Action Sports Magazine while also photographing music stars at Orange Whip nightclub.

His work quickly gained traction when he shifted into automotive photography, with viral shoots combining cars and models sparking demand across the industry. From 2016 to 2019, he honed his skills with Import Monster before launching Sammy Dunn Photography full-time. When Covid hit, he pivoted, using new platforms to keep his art alive, and in 2021, his resilience and talent were recognised when he won Best Photographer at the X Awards.

Today, Sammy heads up SD Media Group, a corporate photography company, while continuing to shoot creative projects that reflect his signature style. Born in Blacktown and raised in Saint Clair, Dean Langham grew up surrounded by bikes, football, and a tight-knit community. With his parents separating when he was young, he found freedom in riding out to Erskine Park, building jumps, and pushing limits with his mates.

School was never where Dean thrived—he went more for the social side than the academics. Still, he explored different creative outlets, dabbling in metalwork, artwork, and music, even forming a band where he played bass guitar. By Year 10 he had dropped out, ready to get into the workforce.

Dean started picking and packing at an auto parts company before landing an apprenticeship as a spray painter at just 16. Working mainly on forklifts and automotive machinery, he honed his craft, though he never felt the pull to run his own business. Life threw him a heavy blow when his mum was diagnosed with cancer and passed away not long after—a moment that shaped his outlook deeply.

At 22, Dean became a dad, a role that gave him new drive and perspective. Always up for a challenge, he’s gearing up for the Postie Bike Ride in support of the Wings 4 Kidz charity.

More recently, Dean teamed up with his good mate Jarrod Major to launch the 2 Pissed Kents Podcast, where their unfiltered banter quickly found a following.
